Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta Special Region (or Jogja, Yogya, Jogjakarta, Jogjakarta and often abbreviated DIY) is a province of Indonesia which is located in the southern part of Java Island and bordering Central Java province in the north. Geographically, Yogyakarta is located in Central part of Java island.
Special Region of Yogyakarta is a province based on the Sultanate and the Duchy Pakualaman Ngayogyakarta. Also added is also my ex-Kasunanan region Surakarta Sultanate and Praja Mangkunagaran had previously been an enclave in Yogyakarta.
